Essentials Weekly Service

Cartridge & DE Filters: routine filter maintenance is performed every four months for $99 per service.
Plan Details & Promotional Terms
The Fall/Winter Promotion is available to new residential weekly service customers who sign up in October or November 2026. Promotional availability may be extended through April 2027 at SwimHappy’s discretion. The promotional period begins on the customer’s initial service date.
Essentials customers receive their first 3 months of monthly service free. Standard chemicals used during routine weekly service are also included at no additional cost during the promotional period. After the 3-month promotional period, regular monthly service billing resumes at the standard rate of $140 per month.
The promotional offer does not waive or postpone the regular biannual Chemical Program charge. The applicable biannual chemical fee will still be billed on its normal billing date, including when that billing date falls within the customer’s 3-month promotional period.
The standard Chemical Program is $250 every six months. Pools greater than 25,000 gallons may be subject to a higher Chemical Program rate.
This Promotion Is Not a Free Trial. The Fall/Winter Promotion is not a free trial. The promotional discount is offered to customers enrolling in recurring SwimHappy weekly pool service with the intention of continuing service beyond the promotional period.
Early Cancellation. If service is canceled within 12 months of the customer’s initial service date, the customer will be responsible for repayment of 50% of the promotional discounts or service credits actually received.
For example, an Essentials customer who receives the full $420 promotional discount and cancels within the first 12 months would be responsible for a $210 promotional repayment.
SwimHappy reserves the right to waive or adjust the promotional repayment at its discretion based on the circumstances of the cancellation. A complaint or request to cancel does not automatically waive the promotional repayment requirement.
Additional Services. Repairs, equipment work, filter maintenance, specialty treatments, and other services outside routine weekly pool service are not included in the promotion and will be quoted or billed separately as applicable.

Chemicals Billed Per Usage
At the end of each month, you’re billed only for the chemicals actually used in your pool.
