If your pool is properly equipped and not overwhelmed by debris, surrounding elements, or excessive size, then weekly service is likely all you need to keep it clean, clear, and enjoyable.

At SwimHappy, we offer two core service options:
Essentials Service (10–20 minutes): Ideal for low- to mid-maintenance pools.

Preferred Service (25–35 minutes): A more hands-on visit for higher-demand pools.

Our Phoenix pool cleaning service is month-to-month with no long-term contract required. We believe in earning your business with great service — not locking you in with paperwork. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel at any time.

While it’s rare, rain or days with a high chance of rain may result in a modified service visit. On these days, our Phoenix pool cleaning service focuses on essential tasks—testing and balancing chemicals, and ensuring your system is functioning properly. If needed, they may request a follow-up visit to complete any missed work. We also recommend that customers visually check their pool after heavy rain and contact us if anything seems off or if an additional service visit is needed.

Once you sign up, our office will schedule your weekly pool service and send a prorated invoice electronically. You can follow the link in the email to access your personalized Client Hub, where you can view and pay invoices using various payment methods.

We recommend saving a card on file for convenient automatic billing.

Your service day will be assigned after signup based on your location. While we do our best to accommodate specific day requests, routes are pre-planned by area and changes may not be possible.

We pride ourselves on consistency — your assigned service day will remain the same most weeks. However, occasional changes may occur due to holidays, technician availability, or long-term route adjustments. While these changes are rare, they help us maintain efficient, reliable service — and you’ll always be notified ahead of time if your service day needs to change. On average, most customers keep the same service day for well over a year.

You are not required to be home during service, provided we have unobstructed access to your backyard, pool, and equipment area.

SwimHappy’s weekly pool service includes three separate billing components:


Monthly Service Fee – This covers your weekly maintenance visits.


Biannual Chemical Charge – Billed in January and July, this covers all chemicals needed to maintain your pool. The rate is based on pool size:
Small Pool: $200 (January), $200 (July)
Standard Pool: $250 (January), $250 (July)
Large Pool: $300 (January), $300 (July)


Filter Maintenance – Required every 4 months for cartridge and DE filters ($95 per cleaning), or every 6 months for sand filters ($75 per service).


These fees help ensure your pool stays clean, balanced, and operating efficiently year-round.
